Definition of Package Elements

  • Engagement Portraits – Portraits of the couple to be married taken prior to the wedding day. These are usually used to announce the wedding. This element will be scheduled during the enicial meeting and will be bound by the signed contract.
  • Pre-Ceremony Coverage – Coverage of the preparations preceding the ceremony that include, bride and groom getting ready, and arrival of guests.
  • Ceremony Coverage – Coverage of the wedding ceremony from the beginning of the processional to the exit of the bride and groom.
  • Couple Portraits – Portraits of the bride and groom, only, on the day of the wedding at the same general location as the ceremony or the reception.
  • Wedding Party Portraits – Portraits of the bride, groom, and wedding party, only, on the day of the wedding at the same general location as the ceremony or the reception.
  • Immediate Family Portraits – Portraits of the bride, groom, and immediate family, only, on the day of the wedding at the same general location as the ceremony or the reception.
  • Staged Event Reception Coverage – Coverage of pre-scheduled events that may include: best man toast, maid of honor toasts, first dances, cake cutting, family toasts, and garter/bouquet toss.
  • Full Reception Coverage – Coverage of all pre-scheduled events, accoutrements, guest interaction, dancing and any other impromptu photo opportunities.
  • Couple Proof Book – A book containing the photographers edit of photos taken during the wedding day. The photographer will only edit out unusable or nearly identical images. Any photos that do not fit in the selected book will be delivered in an envelope with the book.
  • Parent Proof Books (2) – Duplicates of the couple proof book.
  • Files on CD – Full Resolution 15-Megapixel digital files on CD. This files are large enough for 10.56in x 15.84in at 300dpi or 21.12in x 31.68in at 150dpi printing.
  • Extra CDs (2) – Full Resolution 15-Megapixel digital files on CD. This files are large enough for 10.56in x 15.84in at 300dpi or 21.12in x 31.68in at 150dpi printing.
  • Web Gallery – A password protected web gallery for online viewing and print buying.
  • B&W Conversion – A set of files converted to black and white.
